Star Wars rocks your fucking socks off

20 fun questions for all Star Wars fans -- Copy and paste them into your own blog and fill them out yourself!

01. Who is your favorite character from the original trilogy?
I'd definitely have to go with Boba Fett on this one because he is only one of the best characters to ever be conceived. I mean, for the love of god the man has a Tenloss DXR-6 Disruptor Rifle that can disintegrate people.

02. How would you rank the original trilogy, in order from favorite to least favorite?
I like Jedi slightly more than Empire only because the Battle of Endor is quite possibly the greatest and sweetest thing EVER.
1. Return of the Jedi
2. Empire Strikes Back
3. A New Hope

03. What are two of your favorite action scenes from the original trilogy?
-See question 2.
-Of course Hoth... it's only been in every Lucas Arts and/or Star Wars game ever. "It's the new Omaha."

04. What do you consider the most emotional scene from the original trilogy?
Ryan definitely read my mind with this one. The whole end of Empire. More so with Han/Leia/Chewie (rather provocative arrangement of characters if I do say so myself). Han being frozen in carbonite and all that stuff. Yeah, it was a real bummer, but hey, I like it once in a while when there's a bad guy who wins.

05. Do you have any favorite toys or collectibles based off the original trilogy?
Oh man oh man oh man. When I was younger, I use to get nothing but the Star Wars Micro Machines: the Playsets (like the Yavin Hanger, Death Star, Hoth), the Action Fleet vehicles, the little heads that fold out into a scene from the movie, etc. My cousin and I made endless hours of home videos using those little things and even went as far as creating a half-hour long flick titled The Adventures of Luke & Obi-Wan. What a great time I had with that. Unfortunately I didn't get into the bigger figurines only because my parents were always like "Waaahhh those take up too much space and are too expensive waaaahhhh"

06. Which character had the most unsatisfying death in the original trilogy?
If you go by the movies ONLY, Boba Fett got the shaft in Jedi when swallowed up by the Sarlaac Pit. I almost cried.

07. What's your favorite ship or vehicle from the original trilogy?
Well damn. I actually have two favorites. Out of all the fighters and stuff, definitely the B-Wing because it's firepower is equivalent to that of a Star Destroyer haha. Everything else, definitely the Slave 1. God that thing kicked 100 tons of ass.

08. Who is your favorite character from the prequel trilogy?
God I really don't know between Jango Fett and Mace Windu. Obviously Mace had the upperhand since he's the one who kind of killed Jango, but it isn't Jango's fault his backpack wouldn't work properly after being trampled by that damn Reek.

09. How would you rank the prequel trilogy, in order from favorite to least favorite?
Nothing to change here either.
1. Revenge of the Sith
2. Attack of the Clones
3. The Phantom Menace

10. What are two of your favorite action scenes from the prequel trilogy?
Oh man...
-I loved the little skirmish between Obi-Wan and Jango while on Kamino. Jango fucked him up.
-The Battle of Geonosis was definitely one of the staples for the prequels.

11. What do you consider the most emotional scene from the prequel trilogy?
Without a shadow of a doubt, Order 66.

12. Do you have any favorite toys or collectibles based off the prequel trilogy?
I don't have nearly as much PT stuff as I do OT. I have a few little action playsets here and there like the Battle Droid head and some vehicles like a Gian Speeder. Other than that, nothing too much. I vividly remember the Pepsi cans because I remember being at summer camp with the Boy Scouts during it. There was, like, 3 Pepsi machines I know that were raided fuckin' every day for the cans. I, unfortunately, didn't go the length of collecting them all (my cousin did and I helped). Though I was always intrigued as to who I was going to get when I'd hit the Moutain Dew button the vending machines. Man what an awesome summer, that was.

13. Which character had the most unsatisfying death in the prequel trilogy?
Mace Windu's death definitely was like a someone taking a huge dump on my chest; I didn't like it. I wanted him go all Bad Motherfucker on all the bad guys and go down swinging... a lot of swinging. He should've walked on over and whipped little Anakin's ass when he got the chance. Probably the biggest disappointment in the entire Star Wars saga.

14. What's your favorite ship or vehicle from the prequel trilogy?
God those Republic Gunships whooped so much ass. The way they just swooped down into the execution arena and fucked up everything that moved. The 10,000 missles they carried, the evil beams of death coming out every which way, and Yoda... can't believe Yoda actually got inside of one. The new ARC fighters you see in Sith, but they weren't around long enough and didn't do enough to be very high on the wow-a-meter. Oh yeah, the Slave 1 whooped ass.

15. If you could get a personalized Star Wars themed license plate for your car, what would it say?
Definitely like what Ryan came up with (that has me thinking of the possibilities), but I can't really think of anything right now so something like FETTMAN or SITHLRD or something like that. Who knows?

16. Do you have a favorite Star Wars based video game?
I've played so many of them and most of them were all really, really good I can't really decide. The Jedi Knight series for PC is sweet. KOTOR was just awesome for the XBox. SWG had my interest for over a year, which sadly declined in play value (to put it lightly) because apparently SOE sucks so much ass. Shadows of the Empire was really fun as it (and Goldeneye) were two of the reasons I got an N64 to begin with. And lastly, the Rogue Squadron games. Man did I have so much fun playing those games. I'm as bad as Ryan as knowing who spawns where and when. All Golds. All the time. All the fun in the world.

17. Have you read any of the Star Wars books (expanded universe), and if so, what are your favorites?
Another thing I unfortunately never got into very much (mostly because I'm not a book reader), but I do have a few of the expanded universe books. I also went to the trouble of getting those guides to technology, vehicles, etc. I should really get more into those so I can feel more complete as a Star Wars "enthusiast" and human being as a whole.

18. Are you a fan of the "Clone Wars" cartoon series?
When it first came on when Ryan and I so anxiously waited for it on Cartoon Network and discovered they were only about 5 minutes an episode, yeah it was really disappointing. But since I purchased it on DVD, the DVD is setup to run it through as one long continuous cartoon that has a total runtime of around an hour and a half or something like that. I really loved the cartoon and the animation was one of the best ever.

19. What (or who) do you hope to see in upcoming Star Wars TV series?
God I really don't know. Mixed opinions, really.

20. If you were stranded on a desert island with one Star Wars character, who would you want it to be and why?
Not C-3PO? Well as Ryan pointed out, R2 would be the most practical for being the huge-ass Swiss Army knife that he is. Luke would be good for spiritual guidance, training, protection, and black market lightsaber sales. Han because he shot first. Leia's a slut (BUNG!). Amidala would soon be my wife. Anakin because he's cool with killing anything and everything. Boba Fett because, well, he's Boba Fett. Admiral Ackbar would be good for sniffing out traps. Obi-Wan's an asshole into tricking me to think that there was a think called the Force and got all up in Leia's ass. Ok, that's enough from me.
