Saturday was a blast
So yesterday (and today?) Eric, Dan, Justin, and I went to the City Center downtown, which is basically a decent-sized mall with 3 levels. While there, Dan and I got a 48" blacklight and a neon light that says "Live Nudes" that so proudly shows out our top story window. We plan on going back to get another blacklight and another neon light of the silhouette of a naked chick :)
Later that night when we got back from Burritos Noches, we all were outside and noticed how abso-fucking-lutely awesome the snow was outside. Perfect snowball snow. We started chucking snowballs at our window and the Halo guys' window who live down the hall, which was priceless when Steve opened the window and we were all laughing. The next thing we did was go over to the hockey rink down the street and rolled one of the biggest flippin' snowballs you'll ever see. Took us about an hour to an hour and a half to roll it completely. That thing probably isn't melting for several months (or until the pissed off hockey players blow it up or something). It was priceless and not to mention I got plenty of pictures of it so that'll never go away. Once we finished that, we wanted to go scope out the south oval to see if anyone outdid us and needless to say they did. We worked on it for a while with hopes to destroy it, but it was just too solid and tightly compact. So instead Dan pissed on it and engraved the words "FUCK SOUTH" in it.
We left the oval and decided to grab a bite to eat at Steak & Shake. I just had a chocolate shake and it was delectable. We then crossed to the other side of the street to avoid the bums and Dan and I managed to step into Lake OSU when coming off the curb...jesus h. christ our feet were soaked.
On a side note, Eric rented Some Kind of Monster and The Punisher video game. The documentary was pretty good, but I personally wanted some more of the older Metallica in there to be a sort of biography of their entire career and not just the few years it took to compose St. Anger. The Punisher is by far one of the goriest video games ever. It was on par with Postal 2, but because it was the Punisher, he made things look so much more badass.
Needless to say this was one of the funnest nights I've had in a while and we haven't had a snow like this in forever. I love it.
Also, I decided to whore out the "New" picture on my sidebar that'll help people notice anything new I add for about a week or so.
