You shouldn't play with knives...

...but I like knives. The other day I took it upon myself to order a Balisong (Filipino for "Butterfly Knife"). I bought it for only $13 off of www.gungfu.com and I've always wanted one, but was just one of those things that just slipped my mind until I rewatched The Punisher. The first time I wanted one, I was like 13 and was at Trader's World. I saw some guy playing with it, he put it on the glass case, I went to pick it up and the cashier said I can't touch it if I'm not 18. Here's a couple pictures of it opened and closed. I can open and close it all flashy, but I haven't stepped up to the tricks yet because I don't really have anything to watch so I can practice. So finally, I have my butterfly knife.

On a side note, I beat KOTOR finally. I guess you could say I went the route of the light side, but I was pretty even when gaining both dark and lightside xp. I bought KOTOR 2 and I'm not even off the first main planet, Telos, and my character is halfway to being evil as hell. I kill random people when I can, demand payments, make threats...it's great. Can't wait to get through the rest of this game.

As for school, doing kinda shitty in math. Physics is pretty cake, but I swear I can't pass Quiz 2 if my life depended on it. My engineering class is coming along quite nicely. The Autodesk Inventor program we use is pretty sweet for me being someone who's never done anything like AutoCAD before or whatever. Our bridge is nearly finished and I'm pretty sure the structure looks pretty sound and will hold at least 50 pounds. That's what I'm hoping for. As for German, I'm not sure how this'll turn out because our only grades are two quizzes, a mid term, and a final based off the books we read and I think the movies we see in class. It's the class about the holocaust...nothing about speaking German.

Until next time, auf weidersehn.
