Red's lost 8-3...

...and I actually got to see this whippin' in person. Dan out of the blue invites me to a game tonight and since I had nothing better to do I went. It was my first time at the new ballpark and it was pretty nice. The seat were much better, that's for sure. This was the same night that Randy Johnson threw a perfect game against the Atlanta Braves, which is dazzling since he's one of my favorites. Dan's dad's friend bought him a beer, which was rather strange, but hey...whadya gonna do?

Guess I should start on those notecards for that silly exhibition. Or maybe wait for the morning.

They're not nearly as bad as you think they are. Sports analysts say it all the time that if we were to get solid pitching we'd be a team to be dealth with, but alas, our salary is $48 million and the Yankee's is $189 million and we have a record almost as good as them.
